Analysis of craftsmanship by an exporting scarf manufacturer

- May 23, 2016-

Craftsmanship of scarf contains printing, yarn dyeing, jacquard, hand painting, tie dyeing etc. The differences of these craftsmanship are as follows.  Printing: A technique that uses a woven mesh to support an ink-blocking stencil to receive a desired image. The attached stencil forms open areas of mesh that transfer ink or other printable materials which can be pressed through the mesh as a sharp-edged image onto a substrate.  Yarn dyeing: There are many forms of yarn dyeing. Common forms are the package form and the hanks form. Cotton yarns are mostly dyed at package form, and acrylic or wool yarn are dyed at hank form. In the continuous filament industry, polyester or polyamide yarns are always dyed at package form, while viscose rayon yarns are partly dyed at hank form because of technology.
