Dear Customers

Welcome to our custom scarf service page,our factory owns three types of more than 50 printing machines, allowed to print any kinds of colors and meet different quality need, 5 different fabrics suppliers basically can find any silk, wool, polyester,modal...fabrics you may need, hand rolled, machine hemming, fringe and tassel are all available,can provide very high quality products with very competitive prices, if you want to know how we can keep the quality please CLICK 

 

1) Design

 

Formats: JPG,JPEG,PDF,AI,TIFF,PSD and etc are all good

Resolution: should be 150 DPI at least with close or same size as finished scarf

Hemming/Bleeding: 1-37.5px each side extra is needed according to hand rolled or machine hemming

Color: We will adjust the color according to the digital files you provide

If you have specific need for the color, please offer the pantone color number 

100% matching can not be guaranteed as technic limitation

 

If you only have scarf samples, that is also work,you can send the samples, we can scan it then create a design, but extra cost is need according to how complicated the designs are

2) Fabrics

For your better custom scarves, we offer all kinds of fabric for your choose

1. Silks (twill,satin,crepe de chine,chiffon,georgette ,habotai,charmeuse...) 

2.Polyester (twill,satin,crepe de chine, chiffon,georgett),which is imitated silk

3. Silk blends (silk wool, silk cotton,silk modal,silk cashmere...) 

4. Wool, wool cashmere, wool modal, cashmere modal

5. Linen, cotton linen, silk linen,modal linen

6. Modal

4) Printing

A.Digital Printing (Click) 

Digital printing has the advantage of producing complex designs which have gradient colors and photographic 

Images,any kinds of designs can be printed by digital printing

Digital printing shows better on front side,color is better match with the digital file

 

Digital printing will need the file in PDF,AI,TIF,JPG,JPEG, no less than 150 DPI, design 

size should be same or close to silk scarf actual size 

 

 Digital printing allows short turnaround time, for samples, only need 10 days, mass

order basically need about 20 days 

 

Digital printing allows low MOQ: 20pcs/design, can be lower if many patterns 

 

The only disadvantage of digital printing is the penetration,back side color will be light,not same good as front side

 

B. Screen Printing 

The main advantage is the vivid results it creates, not only on the front side but reverse side

 

For screen printing,not matter how thick the silk fabric is, the penetration can be good as well, quality is same as the Hermes silk printing quality

But if small quality, screen printing can be expensive as each color will need on screen, screen cost: 40usd each.

Screen Screen Printing is Versatile, Durable, and Vibrant, with cheaper price vs digital printing.

Samples can be remade without extra cost if quality or color has much difference with your requested 

 

5) Edge&Hemming

A. Hand rolled is more elegant and beautiful,also we can offer Hermes hand rolling 

 

B. Machine hemming is better for large quantity with lower price,zigzag machine 

hemming and straight machine hemming are all 

 

C. Fringe or tassels is better for large sizes, length about 1-37.5px, according to your need 

 6) LabelsLogo labels,

Washing instruction& composition

Label will be put on each of scarf

Sewing labels on scarf is totally free,label cost: $35 for 500pcs (MOQ).

Every piece of your scarves will be pack in OPP bag individually.

Labels can be sewed by hand or machine, can be easily cut if hand sewed

 

7) Shipping & Delivery 

Scarves will be sent via DHL,FEDEX or TNT with shipping cost prepaid, door to door service, 3-4 days will send to youroffice

If large quantity, freight or sea shipping will be good
