How to Submit Your Own Custom Design

Please prepare your designs according to the following requirements

A.Files Requirement

- File Format: Jpg,jpeg,pdf,ai,tif or psd files 

- Color Mode: CMYK is better but RGB also can work

- Resolution: 150-350dpi

- Design Size:Close to scarf size, add 1-37.5px each side for bleeding according to hand rolled or machine hemming

- The Quality Standard: Good quality displayed under the Print Size in the Photoshop

Check below see how to tell the design is good or bad to use,put the file in 

PS and enlarge the design size to scarf size you want and check  

B.How to Send The Designs

If design is less than 25MB, you can directly send them through email, if they are more than 25MB, please send your designs to luke@scarf-tie.com by uploading designs to public servers through such as www.wetransfer.com ,www.dropbox.com or www.hightail.com. 

After your uploading finished,the servers will send us an email notification included a downloading link. 

After downloading designs finished, we will check designs to see if they meet our design file requirement and confirm with you

about designs,if they are good for printing or need adjustment,if you follow our requirement,the designs should be good 

C.How to Protect Your Designs

1.All designs will be kept in our company computer,every downloading will have a record

2.You can prepare a Confidentiality Agreement, we can sign and stamp on it

3. If you need, we can delete all the designs when production finished, but next time you may need resend them again
