1. Printing Files Checking 

 Cheking the designs you sent, see if thet are good enough to use, what are the standards ?

 A). Design sizes should be close to scarf size you need,for example, if finished scarf size is 90x90cm, design size should be 93x93cm,add 1-1.5cm each side for bleeding (hemming), according to machine hemming to hand rolled 

 B). The file need to be at least 150-350 DPI in any formats, better they can be CMYK 

 Hard to understand? Ok, let's make it easiler,open your file in Photoshop,adjust the size to the actural size (if you want to print the scarf size 90x90cm, then please adjust it to 90x90cm), see what is it looks like

Comparing the left and right picture, you can see both enlarge to 90x90cm, but the right one keeps 150dpi but the right one is only 96 dpi, besides, the right one is still clearly after enlargs, then it is the one we need.  

2.Fabric Choose 

 Fabics include silk fabric,wool,cashmere even polyester fabrics have many kinds,the scarf quality is mainly decided by raw fabric, what we choose is 100% mulberry silk( Class-A+), this kind of fabric is especially for dyeing or solid color,no defective points allowed

There are four classification of silk

Class-A+: Mostly exported to Japan,no more than 1 defective point every roll, defective point must less than 3cm

Class-A: Mostly exported to US, Europe,no more than 2 defective points every roll,defective point must less than 6cm

Class-B: Mostly exported to Southeast Asia, Middle East countries 

Class-C: Mostly exported to Africa countries or domestic use in China

3.Printing Quality 

Dyeing Stuff include two kinds : 

Reactive dyeing stuff  & Acid dyeing stuff  

But as acid dyeing stuff is not good for environment, now most of dyeing stuff we use is the Reactive dyeing stuff

Printing method has three kinds: Digital printing & Screen printing & Dyeing 

Printing quality is mainly decided by three aspects 

1) Colour fastness: our dyeing stuff pass the SGS test, colour fastness reach the 4-5 level

2) Harmless: the dyeing stuff  must be environmental and harmless to skin (definitely AZO free)

3) Color brightness on front side and backside penetration which means the back side color should be good as well

4.Hemming Quality 

We provide three kinds of hemming
