5-9 scarves: 5%

10-29 scarves: 10%

30-49 scarves: 15%

 i) The Minimum
If you are ready to place a large order, the wholesale price is good for you, in which the minimum order quantity is required varying with the type of fabric. The most common fabric is about silk, in which the minimum quantity needs 30 scarves each design with the size of 36x36" (92x92cm) or 67x21.5" (170x55cm)

You have the choice in using designs either submitting your own designs or choosing designs from our collection,which comes from paiting or artworks we bought or collected

ii) The Wholesale Order Process

a) Preparing the design digital file either transferred from the original artwork or made by the computer graphic software.

b) CONTACT US to get a quote. The following information are needed in order to provide an accurate order     

- Which fabric you choose to print on
- What is the scarf size
- What is quantity per design
- How many designs in the order

c) Sample stage will be taken place after receiving your design files and the sample payment.

d) Production will start after sample approved and 30% deposit received

The delivery time for the sample and the production usually take 2-3 weeks depending on the order quantity and designs.

iii) The Electronic File Requirement

  - File format: Jpg, Jpeg,pdf,ai, tif or psd format with CMYK color mode. The RGB mode is acceptable but the brightness and some colors like blue and red may not achieve the ideal result comparing to the design file, CMYK is widely used in textile printing.

   - Design Size: Scarf size PLUS bleeding: 0.4'' each side if machine hemming or 0.6" each side if hand rolled. 
   - File size limit: 150-350 dpi 

 Fabric
Popular fabric used for printing scarf is Mulberry Silk, which includes 12mm, 14mm or 16mm twill, satin, 8mm or 10mm chiffon/georgette, 12mm,14mm or 16mm crep de chine,8mm habotai or 9mm charmeuse. Silk Scarf Edge
Hand rolled,machine hemming,fringe or tassel will be your choice. The hemming quality can be close to well-known brands like Hermes. 

Touch feeling
There are some facts making our silk scarves extremely soft.

Fact 1: the silk fabric we choose is the Class A  fabric 

Fact 2: we use reactive ink not pigment.Comparing to the pigment, reactive ink has advantages as followings.

3) Stronger color fastness

4) More ink penetration on the reverse side

Washing & Caring
• Dry cleaning is strongly recommended for silk scarves.
• If you have to wash your silk scarf by hand, please note:
• Wash your silk scarf separately in 20-35℃ water
• Always use a special detergent meant for natural silk, or use Marseille soap.
• Wash quickly in a large quantity of water.
• Stretch the scarf to its original shape.
• Do not use a tumble dryer or dry in the sun
• Use steam ironing with two dots temperature on the scarf back before it is completely dry.
